無聲齒形鏈條介紹：無聲齒形鏈條：一種高速靜音傳動鏈條，英文叫做Silent chain tooth chains它的優(yōu)點：高速，無聲，靜音，壽命長，型號規(guī)格種類多，選型范圍廣，齒形鏈又稱無聲鏈（Silent Chain），屬于傳動鏈的一種形式。我國的國家標準為：GB/T10855-2003《齒形鏈和鏈輪》。齒形鏈是由一系列的齒鏈板和導板交替裝配且銷軸或組合的鉸接元件連接組成，相鄰節(jié)距間為鉸連節(jié)。根據(jù)導向型式可分為：外導式齒形鏈、內導式齒形鏈和雙內導齒形鏈

主要特點：

1.噪音小 齒形鏈是通過工作鏈板與鏈輪齒的漸開線齒形進行嚙合傳遞動力，與滾子鏈和套筒鏈相比其多邊形效應明顯降低，沖擊小、運動平穩(wěn)、嚙合噪音較小。

2.可靠性較高 齒形鏈的鏈節(jié)是多片式結構，當其中個別鏈片在工作中遭到破壞時并不影響整根鏈條的工作，使人們能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并更換，如需增加承載能力只需在寬度方向較小尺寸（增加鏈片排數(shù)）。

3.運動精度高 齒形鏈各鏈節(jié)磨損伸長均勻，可保持較高的運動精度。
